SCOTT E. MIGDEN, ESQ

NEW YORK CITY CHAPTER VICE PRESIDENT

Scott E. Migden, Esq. is an Associate and rising star at the Law Offices of Alan J. Schwartz, P.C., which engages in the general practice of law, with a specific emphasis on criminal defense, from defending low-level traffic infractions and misdemeanor crimes to violent felony offenses. The firm also actively engages in all phases of residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Scott is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York State and is a graduate of The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and competed in seven interscholastic trial advocacy competitions across the country and was the recipient of the David Diamond Memorial Scholarship for his commitment to trial advocacy and public service. Scott was also a staff editor on the Family Court Review and has his Note published in 2017. 

 

In addition to previously interning at the Law Offices of Alan J. Schwartz, P.C., Scott interned with Hofstra Law's Criminal Justice Clinic, and the Legal Aid Society, Bronx Criminal Trial Office.

Scott has developed a reputation as a spirited young attorney who fights hard on behalf of his clients, and in the less than two years he has been admitted to practice law, he has already arranged for countless cases to be dismissed or favorably disposed of for very satisfied clients.
